The draft ministerial regulation mandates Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment to conform with the standard for Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment - Part 1: Safety requirement (TIS 62368 Part 1-2563(2020)).
The products under the scope of the standard are as follows:

6. Wireless microphone receiver

11. Signal converter
12. Signal processor
13. Audio mixer
14. Electronic musical instrument
15. Audio and video player
16. Network audio/video receiver
17. Cable TV head-end receiver
18. Audio and video converter
19. Supply equipment (adaptor) for electronics
20. Supply equipment (adaptor) for smart phone and tablet
- With a rated voltage not exceeding 600V
- Excluding products for public use at professional level
- Excluding electronicapparatus with a rated voltage lower than 50 V a.c or 75 V d.c
The standard is identical to IEC 6 68-1: 8 Audio/video, information and communication technology equipment - Part 1: Safety requirements.
